Maxima and Superpro Ropes are made from extruding polyethylene resin. This heating process elongates the molecular chain resulting in a stronger fiber than standard standard Polypro. The hot extruded fiber is then cooled through a cold water bath that further toughens the fiber. Maxima fiber is Lona Green and Superpro is Blue.
